We are now running a mix of Zoom and in person High Intensity Circuit Classes.
In person classes run in term time only on WEDNESDAYS at 9.45am at Jubilee Hall, Rectory Hill, Amersham HP7 0AF.
Zoom classes run in term time only on MONDAYS at 9am, WEDNESDAYS at 6pm and FRIDAYS at 9am.
Please note that class availability depends on numbers.
