Sponsored 10k completed – Thanks for your support

I have finally completed my October goal of running my first ever 10k.  A total of 40k run in October.  It was harder (and slower!) than I thought but I have my first running blister for proof!  Thanks to my friends and family for running with me.  Thank you for all your support and donations to Parkinson’s UK.  I have enjoyed the challenge and will be look forward to my next ones in the New Year – swimming and cycling!

It’s Time to Run! Sponsor me if you can.

I am doing a virtual run for Parkinson’s UK throughout October.  I am planning on running 10k each week in October with a 10k in one go at the end of the month – so 50k in total this month.  I have made a start this week with 3 k on Monday. I thought it was about time I challenged myself as I am always encouraging you guys to do more – so here I go!   This will be the first stage of my challenges in 2017/2018 with a cycle ride and a swim (maybe open water – I am having swimming lessons which are hard!).  So if you fancy sponsoring me then go to the link below:
